​Michelle Tung, also known as Ming Ming, is a certified practitioner in Naturopathy, Holistic Health Coaching, and Live & Dry Blood Analysis. With a deep passion for holistic healing, she guides individual in regenerating their health by restoring their internal terrain. Her natural approach integrates vibrant plant-based nutrition, herbal remedies, and holistic detox and healing modalities to promote balance and well-being.

Ming Ming’s journey into holistic wellness began long before she became a practitioner. For over a decade, she worked as a professional chef consultant, developing tasty plant-based recipes for many restaurants across the country since 2008. During this time, she was also actively involved in organizing numerous large-scale vegan events and Earth Day festivals on the West Coast, driven by her mission to protect animals, support environmental sustainability, and promote healthy plant-based living by making it more accessible to the community.

Over the years, she came to realize that poor lifestyle habits, along with a lack of awareness and knowledge about holistic health, were some major factors contributing to distress, misalignment, and disconnection from both our physical bodies and overall sense of well-being. Growing up in an Asian culture, she was also deeply connected with the spiritual philosophy and natural healing concepts of traditional Chinese medicine, that would later become foundational to her approach.
Ming Ming's personal healing journey began when she discovered Iridology and Live & Dry Blood Analysis, which offered profound insights into the body’s internal terrain and health conditions.​ This path led her to years of research and learning from many renowned detox experts and natural health practitioners specializing in regenerative healing. She was able to reverse several of her own health conditions and heal symptoms related to chronic inflammation and hormonal imbalances by embracing fasting, detox routines, and utilizing medicinal herbs, natural supplements, and essential oils as her personal home pharmacy. She also focused on full-body nourishment with organic plant-based whole foods and superfoods, while incorporating holistic healing modalities and mindfulness practices, including meditation as a way to reconnect with her inner wisdom.

Today, Ming Ming is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and guiding others as a Holistic Healing and Detox Coach. She utilizes her practice in Naturopathy and Live & Dry Blood Analysis to help individuals gain in-depth health insights and create personalized detox strategies. She is inspired to break down complex health concepts into simplified and actionable steps that empower her clients to realign and regenerate their health and wellness. It is her passion to support others in discovering and experiencing natural health, renewed vitality, and inner joy.
